Qualifications for a Brilliant Career:
To succeed in this role, Grand Hyatt Dubai requires candidates with a proven track record of experience and professionalism. You must possess a minimum of two years of work experience as a Sous Chef or four years as a Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel or large restaurant with high standards, preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is considered a valuable advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential. Additionally, basic computer skills in MS Office and a Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
