✅ Key Requirements:

- Egyptian nationality

- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel is a must

- Proven experience in a similar role

- Solid knowledge of hotel IT systems & applications (Opera PMS, POS systems, key card systems)

- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication & team management abilities
