🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in managing the hotel’s guest-facing operations, including:

Supervising front desk operations (check-in/check-out, guest queries, concierge, etc.).

Ensuring all team members are updated on hotel promotions, events, and VIP arrivals.

Training and guiding front office staff to maintain Hilton’s exceptional standards.

Handling guest complaints and requests with speed, professionalism, and empathy.

Promoting in-house services and maximizing revenue through up-selling techniques.

Maintaining the front desk’s visual and service excellence at all times.
